The app is user friendly and easy to use - but adoption can make or break the success of it. As with any technology, people have to use the system in order for it to be successful. We have been a customer of atEvent for 2 years, and in those years we have had to delete and re-download a new version of the atEvent app twice - mainly due to back-end updates. This makes it difficult on-site as some of our team members will have the right app downloaded, and some will still have the old.
